Yes we are! We have comprehensive liability insurance as well as insurance to cover for equipment failure. We would be glad to show you our policies to make you feel at ease!
We will delete test shots, duplicate images, missed focus shots, or any other shots that may dilute the end product delivery. Your images will be fully edited and given to you on a USB drive unless you request otherwise.
We require that all event sessions (Weddings, Quinceaneras, etc) pay 50% of the total cost of the event at booking with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. All other sessions must pay in full at the time of booking. Individual sessions are non-refundable.
For event session images, we ask that you give us at least 4 to 6 weeks for editing and procession. The time may be extended if other events were in queue prior to. Standard sessions we ask that you give us 1 to 2 weeks for editing and processing.
Yes! You will be given a print release when you come to pick up your images. We also offer printing of your images through our lab. We offer enlargements on paper, metal or canvas.
Images used for social media will be watermarked. We typically share sneak peeks on our social media sites and these images will have our watermarked logo. The photos you receive will not be watermarked, however we do ask that if you share them on social media, you tag us and credit us with being the photographer.
We cannot hold a specific date without a down-payment and signed contract for events or full payment for individual sessions. All events and session are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
